Yes! You will interview and approve the Sales Representative before they can represent you.
Yes! The model works best when a Sales Representative can represent a client across multiple conferences. Their ability to qualify customers, pitch your company, and deliver a high volume of qualified, quality leads will increase over time.
Confra Sales Representatives must be technical and native to your industry. They need to credibly represent your brand, quickly earn trust with target clients and capable of qualifying and closing a lead in a short conversation. To find these Sales Representatives, Confra leverages our extensive network in various industries, to talk to many (many) Sales Representatives, identify those that meet our rigorous standards, align to our customers’ needs, know how to operate in target regions, and then onboard them.
Sure! Confra Sales Representatives are free agents - if we can facilitate a long-term relationship between client and Sales Representative, we’re happy to do so. In that case, Confra charges an industry standard recruiter’s fee.
Confra has two fees: a Conference Fee, which covers everything related to preparing for and attending the conference (Sales Representative onboarding, Sales Representative time at the conference, flights, accommodation, per diem, conference tickets), and a Success Fee, based on number of qualified leads delivered and revenue generated from those leads.
We charge a Lead Fee for meetings booked with qualified leads. The client sets the qualification criteria. We charge a lead fee because a) there’s real value in a lead and 2) we want to make sure our Sales Representative get compensated for doing their job, even if a client isn’t able to close a good lead.
No. Confra is for top of funnel lead generation only. At the end of the conference, the Sales Representative will deliver Telegram groups with you and the lead included, a spreadsheet with the relevant client information, and their observations about the conference. From that point, it will be up to you to follow up and close the leads.
No. Confra Sales Representatives are ‘free agents’ that can take on a variety of project work across different clients, one of whom happens to be Confra. Often Confra Sales Representatives are ex-founders, creating a new company, in between roles or just enjoy the flexibility of project work.
